Affogato, as a lifelong, devoted lover of homemade ice-cream, is a dream come true. It’s the perfect blend of hot and cold, as the warm espresso meets cool ice cream.

The ingredients are not blended, so you get a variety of colors, textures and flavors. Each bite offers a unique experience.

What is Affogato?

If you’re wondering “What is an affogato?”, it’s really quite simple. Affogato can be described as a shot or espresso that is poured over a scoop gelato. That’s it. Start eating immediately.

The espresso, which is hot and bitter, is sweetened and cooled by the icecream. Meanwhile the icecream is warmed and softened by the espresso. Together they become more. They become magical.
