Why Butterscotch Sauce Works

Butterscotch, caramel sauce and their personalities are completely different. Butterscotch may not get as much attention as caramel sauce but is just as delicious. In my view of things, it simply doesn’t get the credit it deserves. 

I love butterscotch because it is a combination of all the good things that caramel sauce has to offer, with an additional depth of taste. You should definitely try it.
