This recipe was loved by all members of the family. It’s amazing how a great sauce will make even my pickier eaters devour every bite on their plates.
This recipe has very little heat. The jalapeno simply adds flavor. Feel free to increase the amount of jalapeno to your heart’s desire.
Because my family loves spicy foods, I increase the amount of jalapeno in this recipe.

Bok Choy is mildly sweet Chinese cabbage. This dish has a wonderful texture and color thanks to its soft green leaves, and the crunchy stems.
Bok Choy, Chicken Stir Fry
Stir fries can be made quickly on medium heat in one skillet. This being the case I recommend that you prepare all ingredients prior to turning on the stove.

Mix the soy sauce and vinegar together with the brown sugar to make the sauce. Place the sauce in a bowl and let it cool.
