Coconut chocolate chips cookies are packed with white and dark chocolate as well as a generous amount of coconut. These cookies are fantastic when they are still warm from the baking oven. They’re also delicious two days after that.
Chewy Coconut Cookies
These cookies are full of almost all my favorite flavors. I’ve made them three times in the past month! I need very little reason to whip up a batch these cookies.
There’s a little bit of oatmeal tucked inside as well, adding to that terrific texture and chewiness.
White and dark chocolate chip cookies
If you don’t happen to be a fan of white chocolate, feel free to replace it with semi-sweet, milk, or dark chocolate. Although I’m not a huge fan of white chocolate, I enjoy it in this recipe.
The white chocolate adds a creamy sweetness while the dark chocolate chips bring rich bitter notes. These cookies are a perfect balance of their contrasting flavors.
