We started making this sauce because of my obsession with the pomme frites (oh my gosh I can’t even write it without my mouth watering!!!!) Disneyland. It’s the sauce. Best fries and sauce ever. Oh my goodness!!!
After a few years of making Make sauces at homeI took a shortcut on this one. Everyone says this sauce is like thousand island dressing, but there’s more to it. I decided to use some Thousand Island, since it’s easier than opening tomato sauce. I then added a few extra dimensions. Boom…this new recipe was born!
