Doi Shorshe Chingri – Bengali Prawn and Mustard Curry Recipe, is a Bengali Recipe in which fresh prawns have been marinated in chilli and turmeric powder before being cooked in a mustard poppy seed sauce. This dish is made with a few simple ingredients, but the resultant gravy is extremely flavourful.
