What is Biscotti?
There are probably more than a dozen biscotti-recipes on this blog. Cranberry Orange Biscotti, Chocolate Peppermint Biscotti, Snickerdoodle biscotti, Turtle biscotti and many many more….
Biscotti is so similar to a cookie that’s crunchy (and I love crunchy cookies !?!). It’s now okay to eat cookies for breakfast, just call it biscotti.

Simply shape the dough into a large log and bake it, then slice it, and bake again.
How about the taste of eggnog? In my home, homemade eggnog during the holiday season is a staple.
