
Ingredients
Basic Pizza Dough {see recipe}
Can of 4 oz sliced mushrooms, drainable
¾ cup of marinated artichoke hearts drained
¾ cup canned roasted red pepper strips, drained
Oregano dried, 1 teaspoon
½ teaspoon red chili flakes
Taste salt and pepper
1 cup prepared marinara sauce
16 oz mozzarella, sliced
Parmesan cheese grated
Olive oil
Directions
Reheat the oven to 500 degrees F. Use oil on a 16 inch pizza pan.
The dough will come out of the pan if you press it to the edges.
Spread the marinara sauce over the cheese. Spread the sauce over the mozzarella cheese.
Spread the red pepper strips, artichoke heart and mushrooms evenly on the sauce.
Sprinkle oregano, Parmesan and a little Parmesan cheese.
Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before serving. Let the pizza rest for five minutes before serving.
