  • Prepare a large serving bowl and wash and dry your fruits and vegetables.
  • Chop kale, celery and cucumber into small pieces, roughly 2-3" in size (or small enough to suit the juicer you're using). Remove the skin from the pineapple, and then cut it into pieces. Peel ginger, and then cut it into small pieces. Cut the apple into pieces and then cut the lemon into small chunks, if you have a juicer that can handle it.
  • Pour more sweetness, increase pineapple or apple. Add more pineapple or apples for sweetness. For more brightness, add more lemon. Add more ginger to add spice or reduce sweetness. Try adjusting the quantities until you find a ratio that suits your taste.
  • Store immediately in an airtight, refrigerator container for up to three days. However, it is best to consume earlier for maximum nutrition retention.
