Matcha Banana Bark

Nonstick Baking Sheet
- 2-3 bananas Large, ripe
- 1/3 Creamy Nut Butter Choose your own adventure
- 1/4 Vegan White Chocolate Then roughly chop
- 2 Tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- Flaky salt Enjoy the taste
Line the baking sheet with parchment or a nonstick mat.
Spread bananas in an even layer on the baking sheet, making a tight rectangle.
Spread the nut butter you choose over all of the banana pieces.
Melt vegan white choc in microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring between each. Repeat until chocolate is melted. Mix in the matcha powder.
Use a spatula or a drizzler to evenly distribute the chocolate. Salt can be sprinkled if desired.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer. Let it chill for an hour or until the surface is firm. Break up the bark into bite-sized pieces with your hands.
