- Ripe, Fresh California Avocado. You’ll want ripe avocados for this recipe, soft to the touch so your food processor will do a nice job blending smooth.
- Vegan White Chocolate Use any variety of dairy-free white chocolate. I really like Enjoy Life’s vegan white chocolate and Evolve carries a low sugar, dairy free white chocolate too!
- Matcha Powder. Choose ceremonial matcha to get the best color, taste and nutrition.
