Peach Crunch has a crunchy sweet crust made from oats, brown sugar, and fresh sweet peaches.

If you’re anything like my family, peach season means that many of your favorite desserts are about to be made. This peach crumble recipe has been one of my family’s favorites since before I started this blog.

Peach Oatmeal Crisp

It doesn’t matter how many other varieties of fruit desserts I make, I always come back to the chewy sweet awesomeness of a fruit crunch.

This is a crisp with peaches, but it has an additional layer of the irresistible crispy topping.

Fruit crunch is a fruit crisp that has both a bottom and top crust. It’s almost firm enough to cut it into bars, but just fruity enough so as to resemble crisp.

Don’t be intimidated by the crust layers or the topping, no cutting in cold butter is required. Melted butter will be poured over the dry ingredients. Stir with a fork until you get the perfect sweet buttery oatmeal crumbs.
