Ingredients
- 3 Small Businesses Peaches
- 6-7 Water
- 3/4 coconut milk
- 1 sago (tapioca pearls)
- 1/3 Vegan condensed milk Maple syrup is a good substitute for condensed milk.
- 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
Optional Ingredients
- palm fruits
- nata de coco
- toasted coconut flakes
Instructions

Bring your water to the boil in a large pot. After the water has boiled, add the tapioca and cook it for 10 minutes while stirring constantly. After 10 minutes, turn off heat, cover pot, and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Drain and rinse tapioca in cool water. Set aside the pearls in a large bowl.

Remove the pits and cut the peaches in cubes. You can leave the skin on if you'd like, or peel it off. The peaches should be divided into two halves.

Add one portion of peaches to the blender, along with the coconut milk. Condensed milk. and vanilla bean powder. Blend until smooth and adjust to taste. Be sure that your mixture is sweet, as the result can vary depending upon how sweet or tart your peaches were.
