Turns out that the sweet and earthy flavor of pumpkin purée complements the classic flavor and texture of cornbread absolutely beautifully. When made with a rich, nutty batter of browned butter and honey, then baked to perfection until it’s light and fluffy, pumpkin cornbread is sure to steal the show. We can’t stop making it here in our kitchen!
