
The Rajasthani Dal Bati Churma is a traditional recipe that has been a favorite at home for many years. The Baatis, made with whole wheat flour and sooji are flavored with ajwain.
Freshly ground wheat is my personal favorite for baati and other dishes. It enhances the flavors. I like to make the dal a mixture of several dals.
