Add the garlic slices thinly to a shallow pot on medium heat. Stir constantly until the garlic begins to bubble up in the oil. After 3-5 mins, the garlic should be a light golden brown. Remove the garlic as soon as possible from the oil using a spider or slotted teaspoon.
