Silver Pin Noodles – Gluten free, vegan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Rice flour more for dusting
  • 1/4 Cornstarch
  • 1/8 tapioca flour
  • 1/2 Water еание
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

Instructions

  • In a heat-safe mixing bowl, whisk together the rice flour, cornstarch and tapioca in addition to salt.
  • On the stove, bring 1 cup of water up to a rolling boiling point. Then pour 1/2 cup into a measuring glass.
  • Add the boiling hot water into the flour mix and stir it with a spatula. This will form a dough. Allow the dough to sit and hydrate for 5 minutes.
  • Flour a working surface with rice flour and coat your hands, then take 1/4 – 1/2 tsp of dough and roll tightly between your palms. The result should be a snake shape with tapered ends. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  • Transfer prepared noodles onto a rice floured baking sheet so they don’t stick.
  • Pour cook the noodles, bring water to a boiling point and then add them. Strain the noodles immediately and place them in a bowl with cool water. Drain the noodles and add them to your favorite sauce or soup.
