The chuck roast is so simple to make, and comes together in no time after you season the meat and stir together the sauce. You can go about your day and let the meat cook until it is falling apart. After a full-day of cooking, the meat is incredibly tender and easy to shred. Use a fork and shred directly in the cooker. It’s also available in a variety of ways to serve! My family enjoys it served over noodles or buttery mashed potatoes. You can even put it on a Hoagie Roll with cheese.
