8 oz small shell macaroni
1 cup finely diced celery
A half of a finely diced red bell pepper
¼ pf a medium onion finely diced
12 ounces of medium cooked shrimp
½ cup mayonnaise
Half a lemon juice
Use 1 tablespoon of dill chopped
Taste salt and pepper
Bring a large pan of water up to a rolling boil. Follow the instructions on the packaging to cook and drain the shells.
Add celery to a bowl. Add bell peppers, onions, and shrimp. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, zest, dill leaves, salt, and pepper.
Pour over the top of the pasta, and combine everything. Cover the Salad and chill it until you are ready to serve.
