
Here’s a truth bomb for you: diets don’t work.
I believe we all understand this on some level.
We keep trying.
In the last year, women have averaged 8 diets. Every time we fail to achieve our goals, we think we’re We feel worse about ourselves because of the problem.
Frankly it’s BS and I’m sick of it.
That’s why today I want to set the record straight.
Since I can relate to the feeling.
I have struggled with my weight for years, and I’ve tried everything. Then, I tried diet after diet. Workout with a personal coach. Half-marathon running. I was even considering liposuction.
And it’s not that I NEVER would lose any weight. Sometimes I’d lose 5 or 10 or even 15 pounds. One time I lost almost 25 pounds.
