 Three Keys for Mapping a Plan for Better Health

Have you ever wished someone could just give you a detailed plan of what you need to do so you can know what to do and how to proceed?

No matter what you want to accomplish in life, there are so many times where it’s really, really good to have a plan.  We can’t just stare at this huge goal or big task that seems so far off and get frustrated and overwhelmed before we start.

When it comes to being healthy, I’m a big believer in the power of exercise. You can learn more about this by clicking here. how vitally important this is, because for so long in my own journey to lose weight, I just didn’t have that.

But at some point, a few years ago, I finally had an epiphany–a moment where I knew I needed to do something dramatically different than anything I had ever tried before.

The only question that remained was: WHAT?

Instead of diving headfirst into another diet plan for the first ever time, I decided to take a step back and conduct some research.  To actually figure out what works and what doesn’t.  Learn about weight loss science and why we are overweight in the first instance.

After that, I created a strategy.  You could call it a whole new framework.

You know what else?  It worked.

I lost 40 lbs in six months.  I did not take any drugs.
