Vegan Yakisoba

This vegan yakisoba will taste just like the yakisoba you get from a Japanese hibachi grill, but it’s super easy to prepare at home! This vegan yakisoba is made with stir-fried vegetables and noodles in a tangy, sweet sauce. It’s delicious on its own or with your favorite plant protein.

It’s also cooked on the same grill with other ingredients, like meat or eggs. I don’t really feel comfortable doing that.
